Dear Nan
Words really don't come anywhere close enough to thank you and your incredible team for such a fantastic evening on Saturday. Thanks also for keeping me calm and relaxed in the weeks running up to the wedding. We could not possibly imagine such a wonderful party and celebration, nor could we have imagined just how stunning the Villa was going to look. Our married friends are all incredibly jealous of us for the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that you guys created at Villa Castollini, and our unmarried friends now can't wait to get married! The food was absolutely delicious - many compliments to the chefs! If only I hadn't eaten so much steak and veggies, I would happily have tucked into all 50 of the tiramisus myself! We didn't believe it's possible to have such a selection of delicious dishes all at the same time - it really was incredible.

Dear Nan and Patrick
There is a feeling of relief that all the planning, lists, attention to detail and anxiety is over and we know Michelle and Bertie's wedding was spectacular. It would not have happened if it wasn't for you two and your team, and especially your parents, Nan, thank you so much from us all. You were always so calm and amenable... anything was possible. And we were confident that it would all come together on the day. We had such a wonderful day... weather was kind, the Villa and the setting looked magnificent. The catering was excellent, everyone commented on how delicious the food was. Patrick kept the bar in order despite some over enthusiastic "dop artists" Michelle and Bertus were so happy with everything - it was the magical day they had hoped for.

Hi Nan
Finally getting back into routine, after coming back to Dublin, after a truly magical time away. We just want to say a very big thank you to you and Patrick and your team for an absolutely phenomenal wedding day. Everything just couldn't have gone any smoother, and looking back there isn't a single thing we would change. The flowers, food, ambience and hospitality were top notch and you left us and our guests with some lasting memories.
I hope Hans will be sending you a selection of photographs. There were some stunning shots and we hope they might find a place in your scrapbook. Again, thank you so much for everything and making it a day to remember.

Dear Nan, Patrick and Co
Thank you, thank you, thank you! These last 3 days have far exceeded our expectations!! It was, although it sounds so clichéd and I'm sure all newlyweds say the same thing, perfect..... an experience/memories that we'll never forget! The ceremony on the beach, the evening, the hospitality and love you've poured out on all of us. You all have been amazing .... truly, truly thank you again.

Dearest Nan, Patrick and the rest of the Villa team
We would like to convey our deepest thanks to you all for making our wedding on the 19th December 2009 such a truly memorable and magical experience.
The service and friendliness that was afforded to us at Villa Castollini was truly exceptional and just added to the specialness of the day. You guys went out of your way for us and our guests - a very big THANK YOU! The food was absolutely superb - compliments to the Chef for managing to ensure ALL our guests were 100% thrilled with their plates ! And Marcel's Mojito's went down a real treat too!
Nan, your wedding organisation and coordination skills are phenomenal, we didn't have a single thing to stress about, you handled it all beautifully! We hope we can recommend your services and Villa Castollini to many more future bridal couples.
Villa Castollini is an absolutely remarkable venue and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, perfect location and wonderful team of people to make our wedding day a dream come true.
We can't wait to come back to Villa Castollini again, even if it's just once a year to celebrate our anniversary.

Hi Nan and all the staff at the Villa
Once again, thank you for such an amazing wedding! Everyone whom we talk to mentioned what an excellently organized wedding it was, and of course how beautiful your venue is.
Everything was perfect, not only on the day, but during the planning Nan was wonderful. We cannot thank you enough for making our big day an absolute fairytale.
